This video shows how a man takes on the bailiffs and wins. The best part is when the police remove the bailiffs from the property. The EX96 notice of appointment must be signed and only allows the bailiff to take the property if there is no resistance. If you peaceful refuse they can NOT take the property or even be on the land. Civil matter must be dealt with in the courts. Bailiffs just got owned!
